I'm so glad that we started using Maggie's professional talent when our son turned 6 months. They are the most magical pictures we have ever had taken and watching his development in every session has been amazing. She captures those moments that are loving, natural and real. The entire experience with Bliss Photography is beyond what I hoped for! Maggie's photographs are really amazing, from the variety of expressions and tendencies of my 6 month old that she captured to the picturesque and imaginative backgrounds! I can really tell she loves children. I was also impressed with how she was able to work with our surroundings. She had us place my son at the center of a circular brick formation, which resulted in very unique and gorgeous photographs. In general she utilized the park where our session was really well. The same is true of my son's blanket and toys, they were worked in beautifully!
Aside from the beautiful photographs and the great experience at the session, Maggie has been great to work with overall. She's always accommodating since I first contacted her. She sees everything through to the very end to ensure that you're a happy costumer! My experience with her has been a huge contrast from the my son's first photo session at a Sears, which was a disaster! Especially considering all that she offers, her prices are very reasonable!

Maggie was great at working with me (despite multiple conflicts and limitations on my part) to schedule a session with my little guy. We had taken him to the mall for photos at 6 weeks old and were rushed through a few standard poses, then sent on our way. This was a MUCH better experience and Maggie had some great ideas even though the setting (in my backyard) was less than picturesque. She captured some beautiful shots of his 6-month-old cuteness (I'm gazing at one of them on my desk at work as I type) and I was really pleased!

Maggie takes beautiful and relaxed photos. She made us feel very comfortable and she was wonderful with our daughter, birth through her 1 year pictures. The sessions were fun and there were so many excellent photos to choose from. She can take them in your home or she knows of many gorgeous outdoor locations. I absolutely recommend her!

Every year my sister and brother give pictures of their families as gifts. As a single person, no kids, no pics... Until this year! I’d looked through Maggie’s portfolio at Bliss Photography and saw she does a beautiful job with children – very professional but yet capturing the spirit and joy of youth. How different could it be to photograph a woman and her “fur” baby, Brandy? So I gave it a shot! Maggie picked out a beautiful location at a local park and we agreed to meet on a Saturday morning. She was waiting when Brandy and I arrived and asked if there was something in particular I was looking for. This was my first time for a “family” photo so had no idea what I wanted. Maggie suggested a couple of spots and poses so I’d have a variety of pictures to choose from. Well, one thing I never thought of was that the sound of kids playing nearby would be a distraction for Brandy. She just wanted to join them! No problem for Maggie (I honestly think she had more patience that I had!). She’d be set up for that perfect shot and all of a sudden Brandy would look away. Maggie would wait and give it another try.
The photographs she took were beautiful! The photograph I chose captured the spirit of Brandy and the close connection we have. I was going to be heading for vacation and Maggie expedited the order to help me out. The fact that I could view the photographs on-line and place my order immediately was important to me as my schedule can get quite hectic. I would highly recommend Bliss Photography to capture memories of your family – whether they be human or animal! With this type of experience, I’ll be back!

Maggie does such a great job capturing the spirit of our little guy! As soon as we saw the photos from our newborn session, we were smitten with her work. My husband and I met Maggie about three weeks before our sweet baby was born. She captured such sweet moments during our maternity session.
